Really simple, but a bit boring... here's how i found it:
You have to change your Shop Keeper to a Gothic Usul. You then have to go to your shop front.
*NOTE* If you wish to change your shopkeeper after, you cannot go back to your shop front, otherwise the Avatar is removed.
Dont forget the note!!!

that's really funny... that avatar promotes the idea that goths are emo. (they're not)
