I just got it! You can get by bringing a broken toy to this shop so this Bori fixes it. But, it will cost you some nps to have him fix it. You can get the link at the News page. But, if you try going to Terror Mountain his shop won't show.

 Broken Avatar can be acquired by taking a broken toy to www.neopets.com/winter/brokentoys.phtml and have the Bori fix it. You can find Smashed Cheery Blossom for about 200 NP. It cost me 285NP to have him fix the Cheery Blossom, as well for a grand total of 485NP for this avatar. Tiffy, if you're going to start an avatar thread try to be a bit more explicit like providing a link;) |

I know I bought the smashed cherry for 275 nps and sold it (broken again after the guy fixed it cause I played with it) for the amount I bought it for and now I wish I saved it and not sold it lol! More money more money!  |

i got it and it cost me 459 nps. 1 broken fake uni hat - 80 nps and to repair it - 379 nps

Thanks! Got it! 500 for the broken cheery blossom, 279 to fix it, after I patted te poor guy on the back about 15 times, he had a terrible coughing fit while I was there! Looks like I can mostly recoup the expense by selling the repaired Cheery Blossom (AFTER it serves its duty getting me the Pack Rat Avatar!).
