Buy an item with leek in the name than than change your language to portuguese and feed it to a pet. Some leeks are like 900nps now, which is cheaper than the garlic items.

I wouldnt advise that. It might get you frozen. Garlic bread isn't too expensive anymore anyway. Though I'd still be patient and hold off just a few weeks more.

Alright I've just reread it and there's nothing in the terms and conditions that says taking advantage of a glitch will get you frozen but they have said it several times in various different places in the past. Use that cheat if you'd like but do so at your own risk by clearly disavowing my advice  But when you get frozen don't come cryin on the boards Cheating to get an avatar when you can spend just as much to get it legitimately by buying Garlic Bread Loaves:) |

I took advantage of the glitch, lol, but I don't know if everyone else should. However, there was a glitch with a game neopets had a while ago, like the tower of turnips, or whatever, and they froze everyone who took advantage of it.

No Dl... that's not a glitch...
They say that u have to feed your pet something with the name Garlic on... In portuguese, garlic is "Alho"...
I looked now at an English-Portuguese dictionary n then i discovered that Leek is called "Alho-Porró", so it has Alho on the name too! So it should be no problem to feed it to your pet.. there's no glitch, or at least i don't think so!

Don't worry... its not a glitch... it's only the translation!
This is the advantage of having ppl from all over the world on the guild.. i think i'm the only one who speaks portuguese.
I can assure u that Leek in portuguese has Alho on the name! If u look for anything with the word Alho (when using neopets in portuguese) u'll might get the garlic avvie!

But i don't really think it's a glitch. We r not responsible for the translations of the words from a language to another, so it might be no problem to do that. |

i've already fed 3 garlic bread halves to my pets to where now they're bloated and i still haven't gotten the avie did u check to see if u have the avie already. cause something like that happened to me! when i got the 1000 different items in my SDB for the packrat avie i didnt get something saying i got the avie. so i checked it neways just because i dont know why... and it was there!!! so double check maybe u just didnt get the "somethings happened" notice saying u got it! |

you know it didn't tell me when i got the mad about orange, but i've been checking on it and it's not there, vira's not there and i've played with that blue evil fuzzle to the point you'd think it'd be broken by now and i still haven't gotten it either, or the squawk for some reason... i'm just not getting those

maybe u have to feed or whatever to a certain type of pet. i fed my garlic bread half to my green acara. i want to try and get the blue fuzzle avie and the squawk one. how? buy an eyrie and blue fuzzle toy and play with them?

you buy a blue evil fuzzle and let your pets play with it, but last time i only had to play with it twice and i had the avie, squawk you're supposed to just type squawk on the neoboards without having any html or siggy, but i've never gotten it
