Goggles [doesn't count in collection]Try clothing on in the NC Mall. You do NOT get a Random Event and you do NOT need to pay for the avatar. If you cannot access the mall, set your account's country to either the US or Canada in your Preferences. not sure what they mean doesn't count in your collection...what good is an avie if its not there to keep..i am trying for it anyway!
