Great idea boy crazyier2 but i have talked with a few previous random givers and i think what i will do is if you win a prize from me than pm me and tell me what sorts of things you like or need so that way i don't get someone a codestone and they just turn around and sell it  i think that this way i get to give people exactly what they need |

Seems like it would be a good idea to just have one thread, much the same as the other gift givers have. That way the boards won't get lots of threads about the same thing. |

i wasn't talking about that. you said you would create a new list do u mean a new thrno he means that he will add everyone back into the drawing box- that is the list he or she was speaking of. he was asking me last night how to do this and i told him i thought lindsey had a good idea and how she did it. and how she put everyone who as active back into the box each week if they remained active. i think hp is just not explaining well cause i told him to keep this thread or post so people would know where to check to see if they won or who won. so i think hp just didn't explain it to our understanding but she knows to keep it all here. ead? |

Great idea boy crazyier2 but i have talked with a few previous random givers and i think what i will do is if you win a prize from me than pm me and tell me what sorts of things you like or need so that way i don't get someone a codestone and they just turn around and sell it i think that this way i get to give people exactly what they need also instead of waiting for the person to win then find out what they like you could ask everyone to neomail or pm you and give you a wish list of items or type of items so when they win it will be a surprise on what they win and you can post it as soon as their name is drawn. instead of just posting someone won, we all want to see what kind of cool prizes everyone gets. so maybe if its not too much work you could do that and have a list of those who want specific type of things and go with that type of theme when they win your give away. |

ok lol.... let me explain.. lol. fairy tale girl64 was right.. what i will do is each week take notice of who is being active and then write their names down on a piece of paper... then on tuesday and thursday i will put all the paper in a box and draw a name..lol. then every friday i will throw away all the paper and start a new group of active people...lol. i am only going to use this thred to post who won. then i will ask them to pm me about what sorts of things they like and i will go shopping lol. yay. then i will post what i got them thursday... when i announce who the next winner is but i guess if you don't pm me by wed i will not have time to go shopping lol. so i guess i would then post what that lucky winner got next tuesday and if i don't get a pm by the next week i will just pick something myself..lol. i hope this clears things up a bit

i sent mine to you pm.... even if you'd rather i wait, i figure it's easier to buy for people and then announce if they won, then get their hopes up and them not get a prize for several days... we're already having that problem with another gift giver that announced a winner and not the prize, nor has the winner recieved that prize yet
